Dr. Courtney Hayward is an experienced grant writer and nonprofit administrator. She has a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, a Master’s in Public Administration and is currently finishing her dissertation so she can earn her doctorate degree in Public Policy and Administration. She has worked as a nonprofit consultant and business development professional for most of her career and has a passion for helping individuals and organizations move to the next levels in their lives and endeavors. She has helped numerous nonprofits and small businesses get started and expand by connecting them to vital resources and helping them with various aspects of fund development and paperwork.
Courtney is very active in her community in various capacities from volunteering, mentoring and sitting on the boards of directors for several nonprofit organizations across the country. Because she has been on the receiving end of the generosity of time and resources from others, she feels compelled to give back to others in any way she can. She has a passion for helping youth which is evident in her mentoring over 25 girls since her collegiate days.
